One side of our menu are inspired of our forests, our mountains and our lakes.

Tunnbröd (thin bread), getost (goat cheese), getmese (goat special), saft (juice), sylt (jam) and och marmelader (marmelades). Älg (Moose) and  renkött (reindeer meat). Harr (grayling), röding (char) and öring (salmon trout).

Our other side of our menu is inspired of our closeness to the Thai culture.

A generous combination of the jämtländska and the Thai kitchen.
